Principal HR Business Partner
Job Summary
As a strategic HR partner for the R&D organization, the full-time remote Principal HR Business Partner will manage organizational design initiatives, influence senior leadership, and drive performance calibrations within a 2,000+ person community focused on Engineering, Product, and Design.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with R&D leadership to design and evolve organizational structures while navigating reorgs and structural changes
- Lead end-to-end org design initiatives, ensuring stakeholder alignment and effective change communication
- Drive performance calibration processes across Engineering, PM, and Design to promote clear expectations and feedback culture
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of HR Business Partner experience, with at least 5 years supporting engineering, product, or design organizations
- Proven expertise in leading organizational design and restructuring initiatives
- Experience influencing and coaching VP- and SVP-level leaders
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using employee data and engagement metrics
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust in a diverse workforce
