Principal HR Business Partner
Job Summary
To support the R&D organization, the remote Principal HR Business Partner will manage organizational design initiatives, partner with senior leaders to navigate structural changes, and drive performance calibration processes while serving as a strategic advisor within a 2,000+ person community.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with R&D leadership to design and evolve organizational structures, ensuring clarity during reorgs
- Lead end-to-end org design initiatives, from diagnosis to implementation, while aligning stakeholders
- Drive performance calibration processes across Engineering, PM, and Design to ensure fair outcomes
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of HR Business Partner experience, with at least 5 years in engineering, product, or design organizations
- Proven expertise in leading organizational design and restructuring initiatives
- Experience influencing and coaching VP- and SVP-level leaders effectively
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with AI tools and employee data
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust in a technical workforce
