Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Principal HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner for the R&D organization, focusing on organizational design, performance calibration, and fostering a culture of feedback and engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with R&D leadership to design and evolve organizational structures and navigate structural changes
- Lead end-to-end organizational design initiatives, ensuring stakeholder alignment and effective communication
- Drive performance calibration processes across Engineering, PM, and Design, promoting high-quality outcomes
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of HR Business Partner experience
- Demonstrated expertise in organizational design with experience leading restructuring initiatives
- Proven ability to influence and coach VP- and SVP-level leaders
- Strong analytical skills and experience with employee data and engagement metrics
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS or fintech company, supporting a globally distributed R&D organization
