Job Summary
Leading the design and implementation of scalable Workday integrations, the full-time remote Principal HR Integrations Architect will act as a trusted technical advisor, define integration architecture, and oversee end-to-end delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and deploy scalable Workday integrations using various tools and services
- Own the integration lifecycle from discovery and architecture through testing and optimization
- Drive operational excellence by managing production failures and enhancing monitoring and governance practices
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of integration engineering experience, with at least 5 years focused on Workday integrations
- Deep expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and related technologies
- Strong knowledge of data protocols and formats such as REST, SOAP, XML, and JSON
- Experience with security standards like OAuth 2.0 and SSL/TLS for sensitive data flows
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional integration initiatives and translate business needs into technical designs
