Principal HR Technology Analyst
Job Summary
To enhance HR operations, the full-time Principal HR Technology Analyst will serve as the subject matter expert for Human Capital Management systems, providing configuration support and leading projects focused on payroll and process automation in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide hands-on configuration and functional leadership for the HRIS, particularly in Payroll & Payroll Tax
- Lead and coordinate projects to evaluate process automation opportunities for business owners
- Guide day-to-day service and support for HR Technology clients, including issue tracking and user needs assessment
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience in an HR or IT-related role, or a minimum of 12 years of experience in lieu of a degree
- At least 5 years of experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud: US Payroll or an equivalent enterprise HR system
