Principal IAM Security Architect

Job Summary

Defining and evolving security architecture for identity and privileged access, the full-time Principal IAM/PAM Security Architect will manage security standards across Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Okta, while overseeing the implementation of the Delinea PAM platform and secrets governance in a complex multi-domain environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain security architecture and standards for identity management across various platforms and cloud environments
• Lead architecture reviews and risk assessments for new identity integrations and platform migrations
• Oversee the enterprise-wide implementation of the Delinea PAM platform and manage secrets governance policies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technology discipline or equivalent professional experience
• 8+ years of experience in identity and access management or security architecture roles
• Hands-on experience with a PAM platform, preferably Delinea, at an architectural level
• Demonstrated experience with enterprise identity platforms, including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Okta
• Strong knowledge of cloud IAM across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI
