Job Summary
To support business operations, the full-time remote Principal IT Analyst will manage technical and process documentation, facilitate technical requirements analysis, and foster relationships with business partners while ensuring compliance with ITD standards.
Key responsibilities
- Provides guidance on best practices for process management and maintains compliance with business and regulatory requirements
- Leads technical analysis discussions, develops data hypotheses, and drives review sessions for project approvals
- Models current and future state processes, identifies repeatable issues, and implements continuous process improvement activities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Medical, Business discipline, or equivalent experience
- 10 or more years of experience as a business, data, or technical analyst
- Experience with IT Change Management principles and methodologies
- At least 5 years of experience working in IT Change Management
- Experience using ServiceNow for change management
