Principal IT Software Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated Principal IT Software Engineer in a full-time remote position, responsible for driving the technical design, implementation, and reliability of next-generation Customer Experience orchestration platforms, leveraging AWS, Genesys Cloud, and Salesforce Service Cloud.
Key responsibilities
- Guide the development and modernization of critical customer and agent-facing applications
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for designing and managing core CX applications and infrastructure
- Lead the development of data pathways and integrations with CRM, AI platforms, and APIs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in software development and architecture, with a focus on CCaaS or CX enterprise software
- Expert-level experience with Salesforce Platforms, APIs, and custom solutions development
- Deep expertise in AWS services and experience using Terraform for infrastructure provisioning
- Proven ability to operate as a senior technical lead in an agile environment
