Principal Machine Learning Architect

Job Summary

Leading the development of scalable agent-based solutions, the full-time Principal Machine Learning Architect will shape product architectures, prototype AI features, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance healthcare documentation workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with Product Managers and customers to create end-to-end architectures for AI features
• Set architectural direction for agent-based solutions, balancing immediate customer needs with future scalability
• Build prototypes and proof-of-concept experiences to test feasibility and gather feedback from clinical personnel and customers

Required qualifications

• At least 10+ years of experience in a Machine Learning Engineer role or a related field
• Demonstrated experience designing and shipping large-scale AI solutions focused on reliability and scalability
• Strong architectural judgment with the ability to anticipate future needs and make sound long-term design decisions
• Experience working with early-stage customers to explore needs and shape requirements
• Ability to work through ambiguity and create practical technical directions from incomplete requirements
