Principal Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

Leading enterprise AI/ML architecture and standards, the full-time remote Principal Machine Learning Engineer will develop, deploy, and monitor machine learning and generative AI solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade AI applications.

Key responsibilities

• Own and establish enterprise AI/ML architecture, standards, and APIs across cloud and on-premises environments
• Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines and production ML/GenAI solutions for real-time insights
• Lead the evaluation and optimization of models, ensuring data quality and compliance with safety standards

Required qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 2 years, Master's degree with 6 years, or Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role managing teams or projects
• 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML and enterprise software
• Strong command of machine learning algorithms and deep learning architectures
• Proficiency in Python and Java, with experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools
