Principal Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

As a Principal Machine Learning Engineer on the Agentic AI team, this full-time remote position will own the architecture of agent memory, lead context engineering for production agents, and build and orchestrate agents from design to deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the architecture of agent memory, managing how user information is written, retrieved, updated, and retired
• Lead context engineering to ensure relevant and efficient responses from agents based on conversation history and user memory
• Define evaluation frameworks for memory and context quality to drive product and technical decisions

Required qualifications

• A master's degree or above in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience deploying large-scale ML systems, with recent experience in LLM-based agents in production
• Hands-on experience building agents end to end, including orchestration and context engineering
• Experience evaluating agentic systems and using results for improvements
• Proven technical leadership with the ability to influence direction and mentor engineers
