Principal Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the architecture and implementation of next-generation AI platforms, the full-time remote Principal Machine Learning Engineer will design ML infrastructure and multi-agent orchestration layers while ensuring enterprise-grade reliability and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain advanced agentic capabilities and multi-agent workflows for enhanced AI functionality
• Build secure, high-throughput REST services and event-driven data pipelines using Python and cloud-native technologies
• Establish end-to-end MLOps standards, ensuring systems are secure, explainable, and resilient in production environments

Required qualifications

• 12+ years in ML development and R&D leadership, with 8+ years in advanced ML methodologies and cloud-based platforms
• 6+ years of experience building scalable ML services and high-throughput data pipelines in production using Java, Go, Scala, or Python
• 4+ years working with LLMs, generative AI, and autonomous agent frameworks for enterprise applications
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred
• Expertise in high-throughput streaming, real-time feature extraction, and architecting large-scale ML pipelines
