Principal Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the architecture and implementation of next-generation AI platforms, the full-time remote Principal Machine Learning Engineer will design ML infrastructure and high-availability usage pipelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance enterprise decision-making and billing integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain advanced agentic AI capabilities and multi-agent workflows
• Build secure, high-throughput REST services and event-driven data pipelines using cloud-native technologies
• Establish end-to-end MLOps standards, ensuring systems are explainable, secure, and resilient in production

Required qualifications

• 12+ years in ML development and R&D leadership, with 8+ years in advanced ML methodologies and cloud-based platforms
• 6+ years of experience building scalable ML services and high-throughput data pipelines in production
• 4+ years working with LLMs, generative AI, and autonomous agent frameworks
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred
• Mastery of Python and the ML ecosystem, with experience deploying production systems on cloud infrastructure
