Principal ML Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the architecture and implementation of next-generation AI platforms, the full-time remote Principal ML Engineer will design ML infrastructure and high-availability pipelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance enterprise decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain advanced agentic AI capabilities and workflows
• Build secure, high-throughput REST services and event-driven data pipelines using cloud-native technologies
• Establish end-to-end MLOps standards to ensure production-resilient systems

Required qualifications

• 12+ years in ML development and R&D leadership, with 8+ years in advanced ML methodologies and cloud-based platforms
• 6+ years of experience building scalable ML services and high-throughput data pipelines using Java, Go, Scala, or Python
• 4+ years working with LLMs, generative AI, and autonomous agent frameworks for enterprise applications
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred
• Expertise in high-throughput streaming, real-time feature extraction, and distributed storage architectures
