- Lead operational processes for long-range planning and measure outcomes through frameworks
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in the high growth software/tech industry, specifically in BizOps or consulting
- Ability to navigate ambiguity with a structured decision-making approach
- Strong executive presence with excellent communication skills
- Experience using AI tools to enhance work efficiency
