Principal Offensive Security Engineer

Job Summary

Leading risk-prioritized penetration testing and offensive security assessments, the full-time Principal Offensive Security Engineer will work remotely to enhance product security, mentor team members, and integrate AI-assisted workflows into security practices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead penetration testing and offensive security assessments across various technologies and environments
• Scope, design, and execute red-team campaigns and adversary simulations based on relevant threats
• Develop and incorporate AI-assisted workflows into offensive security activities and validate defensive controls

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of relevant information security experience with hands-on expertise in penetration testing and red teaming
• Demonstrated experience leading complex penetration tests or offensive security engagements independently
• Strong knowledge of attacker techniques and hands-on experience in at least one major cloud platform
• Experience developing or modifying offensive security tooling using programming languages such as Python or PowerShell
