Principal PBM Data Integration Lead
Job Summary
Owning program delivery, the full-time Principal PBM Data Integration Lead will manage the integration of complex claims, eligibility, and accumulator data while working remotely, ensuring timely execution and resolution of data discrepancies through advanced SQL and cross-functional collaboration.
Key responsibilities
- Profile, map, and validate complex claims and eligibility data across multiple sources, resolving discrepancies from file imports and reconciliations
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of benefit data integrations, managing timelines, risks, and vendor dependencies
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable integration architecture and conduct integration testing and UAT
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field
- At least 10 years of hands-on technical experience with data systems, SQL, and integrations
- A minimum of 6 years of direct PBM or pharmacy claims processing experience
- Advanced SQL proficiency, including complex querying and data investigation
- Experience managing delivery timelines and coordinating integration testing and UAT
