Principal PBM Data Integration Lead
Job Summary
Owning program delivery, the full-time Principal PBM Data Integration Lead will profile, map, and validate claims and eligibility data while designing integration architecture and managing timelines and vendor dependencies in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Profile, map, and validate complex claims and eligibility data, resolving discrepancies from file imports and reconciliations
- Write and execute advanced SQL for data investigation, validation, and regression testing
- Lead cross-functional investigations of production issues and coordinate with external vendors on data integration
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field
- At least 10 years of hands-on technical experience with data systems, SQL, and integrations
- A minimum of 6 years of direct PBM or pharmacy claims processing experience
- Advanced SQL proficiency, including complex querying and data investigation
- Experience designing scalable data architecture for healthcare data systems
