Principal Product Designer

Job Summary

Experienced in end-to-end product design, the full-time Principal Product Designer will own design for defined feature areas, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and focus on creating AI-driven solutions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own design processes from problem framing to production-ready assets in Figma, ensuring clear rationale for design decisions
• Conduct user research and analysis to derive design direction, integrating both qualitative and quantitative insights
• Contribute to the design system by proposing reusable components and ensuring accessibility standards are met from the start

Required qualifications

• At least 8 years of end-to-end product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating ownership of projects
• Proficient in Figma and capable of producing high-quality visual designs
• Experience running independent user research and synthesizing findings into actionable design direction
• Understanding of AI implications on interface design and the ability to design for emerging technologies
• Commitment to accessibility as a fundamental design consideration throughout the process
