Principal Product Designer

Job Summary

Leading product design initiatives, the full-time remote Principal Product Designer will set the vision for the DX platform, transforming complex engineering data into user-friendly experiences while collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Set the end-to-end experience vision for DX, ensuring coherence across product surfaces and customer journeys
• Partner with leadership to shape product strategy and prioritize design initiatives based on customer needs
• Lead high-impact design work from customer research through implementation and iteration, utilizing AI to enhance user experiences

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience with ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Deep experience in designing data-rich B2B SaaS products, particularly in reporting or analytics
• Exceptional skills in interaction design, information architecture, and data visualization
• Strong product judgment with experience influencing strategy and roadmaps
• Demonstrated use of AI throughout the design process, from research to prototyping and iteration
