Job Summary

Leading large-scale design projects and shaping consumer experiences, the full-time Principal Product Designer will work remotely or in a hybrid capacity, focusing on strategic implementation, research coordination, and cross-functional innovation while collaborating closely with product leaders and researchers.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and advocate for a consumer vision and strategy, creating concrete concepts and prototypes
• Oversee the strategic implementation of brand and consumer experiences, leading projects independently or with a team
• Collaborate with researchers to guide generative discovery and ensure findings influence product development

Required qualifications

• Proven portfolio demonstrating design work that has influenced product strategy across teams
• Experience in fintech, startups, or consumer advocacy with a focus on enhancing user experience
• Strong background in generative research and collaboration with dedicated researchers
• Technical proficiency in codebases and design systems, including tools like Tailwind and Next.js
• Experience in building or improving design systems with a focus on usability for designers and engineers
