Job Summary
Seeking a remote full-time Principal Product Designer, this role will manage end-to-end product design for the Card Platform, support design needs for the Trust & Invest business, and drive customer insight and research initiatives to enhance user experience.
Key responsibilities
- Lead product design efforts for the Card Platform, including mobile UX and new product iterations
- Conduct customer interviews and usability tests to gather insights and inform design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering leads to advocate for user perspectives in product development
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of product design experience, preferably in fintech or regulated environments
- Strong end-to-end design skills, from discovery to detailed interaction design
- Experience designing for complex, multi-user products with diverse audience needs
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with AI-powered product features and UX considerations is a plus
