Job Summary
To support the Population Health Strategy Organization, the full-time Principal Product Developer will plan, design, and implement complex healthcare programs aimed at improving population health and enhancing customer experience, working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Gather input and develop strategic designs for healthcare solutions, ensuring alignment across business areas
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop business cases, establish performance metrics, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Identify target audiences and develop marketing strategies to enhance member engagement in population health programs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or 10+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- At least 7 years of healthcare industry experience in program development or management
- Two years of cross-functional project and/or program management experience
- Experience in developing business cases and strategy concept designs
- Knowledge of NCQA Population Health Management accreditation standards
