Principal Product Lead
Job Summary
Seeking a Principal Product Lead to work fully remote in a full-time capacity, responsible for program roadmap ownership, stakeholder alignment, and cross-team product management for a large federal IT services program.
Key responsibilities
- Own and continuously refine the program-level product roadmap in alignment with government mission priorities and user needs
- Establish and manage the intake-to-prioritization governance process for product requests and enhancements
- Lead cross-team product planning and sequencing to ensure timely delivery of product work while managing dependencies and risks
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in a senior product leadership role on a federal IT services program
- Deep expertise in product strategy, roadmap management, and stakeholder engagement
- Experience with Agile and SAFe product-management practices
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; MBA or Master's preferred
- Relevant product-management and Agile certifications are preferred
