Job Summary
Driving product vision and strategy, the full-time remote Principal Product Lead will manage the operation and evolution of a key CMS data platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap
- Lead prioritization and investment decisions for platform enhancements and modernization initiatives
- Define and measure product success through key performance indicators and business outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 12+ years of experience leading large-scale federal technology, data, analytics, or platform modernization programs
- 7+ years in Product Management leadership roles, including Product Manager, Product Director, or equivalent
- Experience working within Agile and SAFe delivery environments
- Proven ability to translate business objectives into prioritized product roadmaps and measurable outcomes
