Principal Product Manager
Job Summary
Leading the discovery, strategy, delivery, and growth of a wireless communications portfolio, the remote Principal Product Manager will manage the product lifecycle for mission-critical services, ensuring compliance and reliability while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Continuously gather market feedback and analyze trends to identify opportunities in wireless emergency communications
- Define product vision, develop pricing strategies, and establish KPIs to drive product adoption and performance
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of wireless services products, collaborating with engineering and operations teams for successful delivery
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of product management experience in SaaS, telecommunications, or mission-critical communications products
- Deep understanding of wireless communications technologies, including cellular networks and VoWiFi
- Experience with public safety, telecommunications, or regulatory environments
- Knowledge of NG911 architecture and emergency communications workflows
- Strong analytical skills with experience in product performance measurement and business case creation
