Principal Product Manager
Job Summary
Leading the evolution of a platform for value-based care, the full-time remote Principal Technical Product Manager will own the platform strategy and roadmap, coordinate delivery across multiple engineering teams, and manage the transition of existing customers and workflows as new capabilities are rolled out.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the platform strategy and roadmap, making architecture-level decisions and defining individual feature specs
- Lead the transition strategy for moving existing customers and workflows forward, including risk mitigation and rollback planning
- Coordinate delivery across multiple engineering teams, resolving conflicting priorities and ensuring cross-team dependencies are visible and on schedule
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years in product management with significant experience owning platform-level or infrastructure-adjacent products
- Direct experience leading a major platform build and/or migration
- Proven track record of coordinating delivery across multiple engineering teams
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and making decisions without complete specifications
- Experience working with globally distributed or offshore engineering teams
