Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading product strategy and execution for Brightline's Public Sector business, the full-time Principal Product Manager will focus on developing partnerships, particularly with California's Department of Health Care Services, while navigating complex stakeholder ecosystems and driving product initiatives in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and execution for BrightLife Kids and expand into additional public sector partnerships
• Develop and communicate a public sector product strategy and roadmap to stakeholders at all levels
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate state and community-level challenges into scalable product solutions

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of Product Management experience, particularly in healthcare technology products
• Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments involving governmental or public-sector buyers
• Demonstrated ability to operate zero-to-one and build strategic roadmaps from scratch
• Direct experience collaborating with go-to-market, marketing, or sales teams on product positioning
• Strong analytical skills, including experience with SQL and product analytics tools
