Principal Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the strategy and roadmap for patient experience, the full-time remote Staff/Principal Product Manager will design consumer-facing healthcare solutions that meet both patient expectations and enterprise partner requirements, while collaborating closely with engineering and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the multi-year vision and roadmap for patient experience across consumer surfaces, balancing partner-specific needs with a scalable core product
- Map the patient journey to identify friction points and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design effective solutions
- Act as a primary product voice in discussions with enterprise partners, translating patient experience strategy into actionable insights
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience with a focus on consumer-facing products at a senior level
- Direct experience in building B2B2C or white-label consumer products
- Hands-on experience delivering AI-powered products and features
- Experience navigating enterprise partner requirements within highly regulated industries, particularly healthcare
- Outstanding communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders
