Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing oncology product line, the remote Principal Product Manager will lead the end-to-end product strategy and execution for complex software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with market needs and user requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute multi-year software product roadmaps for critical business units, balancing rapid prototyping with long-term stability
• Lead the full product lifecycle for complex software solutions, ensuring a seamless user journey from order ingestion through lab execution to patient reporting
• Champion compliance with global standards and certifications while proactively identifying and mitigating product risks

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in high-scale software or biotech environments, with a proven track record at a Director-level seniority
• Demonstrated experience building and launching new software products from the ground up in a startup or internal incubator environment
• Deep experience in regulated environments (e.g., FDA design controls, HIPAA) with exposure to HealthTech, MedTech, or genomics
• Strong ability to understand complex technical architectures and communicate effectively with engineering and scientific teams
• Hands-on experience using LLMs and generative AI tools to enhance product workflows and operational insights
