Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Hands-on and customer-obsessed, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will implement content standards, redesign production workflows, and guide teams in developing high-quality content strategies while collaborating closely with content leaders across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Implement global quality data standards and redesign production workflows in collaboration with business unit teams
• Guide teams to develop content strategies that align with learner jobs and business outcomes, producing necessary documentation
• Build AI fluency and identify automation opportunities within content tasks, ensuring quality assurance through evaluation and design

Required qualifications

• Seven or more years of product management experience in content, publishing, or content platform domains
• Hands-on experience with taxonomy and metadata design, quality frameworks, and structured content measurement
• Direct experience with authoring and production platforms, including at least one successful consolidation or migration project
• Proven track record in empowered product team models and continuous discovery processes
• Experience coaching other PMs and leaders effectively, including those who may be more experienced or skeptical
