Principal Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the success and evolution of the Provider Directory product, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will manage market opportunities, product strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance provider data accuracy and drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for the Provider Directory, ensuring alignment with market needs and regulatory requirements
- Identify and prioritize new market opportunities through customer discovery and competitive analysis to guide product investment decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business cases into actionable product requirements and monitor KPIs for adoption and quality
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or healthcare data solutions, preferably within payer or provider environments
- Demonstrated experience managing provider directory data and ensuring data quality and compliance with regulatory standards
- Strong expertise in developing business cases, including financial modeling and ROI analysis
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a high-growth, matrixed environment
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred, especially in healthcare administration or technology disciplines
