Principal Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the strategy and execution of member-facing products, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will drive engagement, retention, and health outcomes for members while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the member experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the vision and strategy for the member experience, ensuring personalized interventions and outcome goals for each member
- Shape prioritization for key product initiatives, balancing immediate improvements with long-term investments
- Lead the analysis of member experience metrics and conduct user research to inform product direction and improvements
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree at a minimum
- 10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years with consumer or patient-facing digital products
- Strong hands-on analytics skills, including proficiency in SQL and product analytics tools
- Experience in managing a product's entire lifecycle from discovery to iteration
- Proven ability to influence decisions at the executive level without formal authority
