Principal Product Manager
Job Summary
To lead the integration of major product launches into the AlphaSense platform, the remote Principal Product Manager will manage complex data projects, create product roadmaps, and mentor product managers while collaborating with cross-functional teams in the fintech and investment research sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Create a framework for the product lifecycle from data analysis through launch, including user stories and product milestones
- Act as the primary bridge between user workflows and technical execution, ensuring seamless data delivery
- Mentor and coach product managers to elevate functional excellence and build high-performing product teams
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of product management experience in fintech, investment research, or financial services
- Proven track record of managing complex products and making strategic trade-off decisions
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business; MBA or CFA designation preferred
- Experience with SQL and familiarity with tools like Notion and Linear
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
