Job Summary
Defining and driving an AI-first strategy for the Source-to-Pay ecosystem, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager for Spend Management will oversee the product roadmap, lead cross-functional teams, and enhance procurement and finance processes through intelligent automation and generative AI.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and champion a long-term product roadmap for the Spend Management ecosystem, focusing on AI and automation
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for Spend initiatives, from ideation to delivery and ROI measurement
- Serve as the primary business technology partner to finance leadership, translating complex challenges into actionable solutions
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product management, particularly with enterprise-level, technology-powered products in a B2B or SaaS environment
- 5+ years of ERP implementation expertise in Source-to-Pay processes, with a vision for AI transformation
- 3+ years of experience leading and launching AI/ML-powered products from concept to scaled production
- Proven track record in integrating ERP systems with supplier networks and payment providers
- Familiarity with AI technology stack, including foundational models and data pipelines
