Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end packaging, pricing, and billing strategies for Assisted Living and Memory Care solutions, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will drive product differentiation and customer ROI while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance AI voice experiences and improve operational metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the strategic differentiation and measurable ROI for Assisted Living and Memory Care products
• Manage packaging, pricing, and billing processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with finance
• Collaborate with ML and AI teams to set product roadmaps and success metrics related to model quality and caregiver outcomes

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a B2B organization
• Experience with AI/ML models and defining model quality metrics such as recall and precision
• Proven track record in packaging, pricing, and monetization for B2B products
• Strong quantitative mindset focused on ROI and measuring success
• High ownership and comfort in ambiguous environments with hands-on customer discovery experience
