Job Summary
Shaping product strategy for design systems and digital accessibility, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will own the integrated roadmap, drive adoption, and enhance product health while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Zillow's design systems and accessibility capabilities
- Build a deep understanding of user workflows and identify barriers to adoption to prioritize improvements
- Develop and evolve systems for automated accessibility checks and ensure alignment with AI-enabled workflows
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of product management or relevant experience
- 3+ years leading complex design systems or horizontal products across multiple teams
- Strong commitment to building accessible and inclusive digital products
- Experience using product data to guide investment decisions and demonstrate value
- Strong AI fluency and understanding of its impact on product development
