Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

To drive the development of AI agents for workforce management, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will manage the product lifecycle from operational research to enterprise deployment, collaborating closely with engineering teams and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Define agent responsibilities, escalation protocols, and compliance measures to ensure effective workforce management
• Identify and prioritize workflows suitable for automation by engaging with various customer operations stakeholders
• Oversee the quality of product releases by actively participating in implementation, evaluation, and maintaining specifications

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management or 10+ years for Principal level, with experience in shipping LLM-backed features to external users
• Strong background in enterprise B2B SaaS, including multi-tenant architecture and security compliance
• Proven track record of delivering complex products with demonstrated adoption and quality assurance
• Ability to work hands-on with coding tools and read code to inform product specifications
• Excellent written communication skills, with a focus on creating clear and accurate documentation
