Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Defining and owning the product strategy for Wallets, the full-time Principal Product Manager will shape the infrastructure and platform capabilities for Circle's next generation of stablecoin, payments, and custody products while collaborating across various teams to drive customer adoption and business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Wallets product strategy and roadmap, prioritizing customer segments, use cases, and wallet models
• Lead customer discovery and validation efforts, translating insights into product decisions and measurable outcomes
• Define the strategy for institutional custody and secure wallet capabilities, including key management and policy controls

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant product management experience in crypto, fintech, payments, or blockchain infrastructure
• Deep expertise in digital wallets, including custodial and non-custodial models and wallet security
• Proven success in defining strategy and driving adoption for technical platform products
• Strong technical fluency across blockchain infrastructure, including transaction lifecycles and smart contracts
• Demonstrated ability to influence executives and make critical tradeoffs across customer experience and security
