Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the strategy and roadmap for connected content within Confluence, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will manage how content is organized, maintained, and updated, ensuring quality and usability for various user audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategy for content integration, organization, and freshness within Confluence
• Define the structure for messy inputs and ensure quality standards for content retrieval
• Drive collaboration across multiple teams to execute product initiatives and mentor other PMs

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on content or retrieval-driven products
• Proven track record of taking a product from strategy through launch and beyond
• Experience shipping features powered by large language models and managing their evaluations
• Fluency with unstructured and semi-structured content and its implications for retrieval
• Strong ability to drive alignment among senior partners and communicate effectively for decision-making
