Job Summary
As a Principal Product Manager for Arc Consumer, the full-time position will define and execute the product strategy for a new consumer application built on blockchain technology, focusing on simplifying onchain finance and enhancing user experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Arc's consumer application, addressing high-value consumer problems
- Transform complex onchain finance capabilities into user-friendly experiences that drive engagement and retention
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful product execution from concept through launch and iteration
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of product management experience, particularly with high-quality consumer products
- Strong understanding of onchain products, including wallets, stablecoins, and DeFi
- Experience with AI agents and their impact on consumer financial experiences
- Proven ability to utilize research and analytics to inform product decisions
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
