Principal Product Manager
Job Summary
Leading the vision and strategy for billing and marketplaces, the full-time Principal Product Manager will manage the development of a comprehensive billing platform and cloud marketplace integrations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the multi-year vision, strategy, and roadmap for billing, including usage metering, invoicing, and payments
- Develop a unified metrics pipeline for pricing and billing that supports new products and customer-specific needs
- Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to launch billing for new products and ensure system trustworthiness for finance and operations
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years focused on billing, metering, or payments for cloud-based products
- Expertise in usage-based pricing, prepaid credits, and contract management
- Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure marketplaces and related integrations
- Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes, including invoicing and revenue recognition
- Experience with third-party billing and payment platforms, such as Stripe
