Principal Product Manager
Job Summary
Leading strategy and roadmap initiatives, the hybrid Principal Product Manager will drive foundational platform capabilities for the ZPA platform, enhancing scalability, resiliency, and customer adoption while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Define and drive the roadmap for key infrastructure and platform capabilities
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, architecture, operations, and field teams to identify priorities and deliver high-impact platform enhancements
- Translate customer and partner feedback into clear product requirements and measurable business outcomes
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in cybersecurity or cloud-delivered security
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience with AI-driven solutions
- Experience defining and delivering enterprise-grade products for large organizations
- Strong understanding of VPN technologies, routing protocols, and enterprise network infrastructure
- Demonstrated success managing products from concept through launch and adoption
