Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the vision and strategy for AL Labs, the full-time Principal Group Product Manager will co-create innovative AI-driven solutions, manage a portfolio of high-potential opportunities, and establish a disciplined incubation process while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Co-create and lead the vision, strategy, and operating model for AL Labs, connecting experimentation to broader product and AI strategies
• Design and implement an incubation process that validates concepts through rapid prototyping and measurable experiments
• Partner with various teams to transition successful experiments into durable product teams while fostering a culture of curiosity and continuous learning

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of experience in product management or innovation, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role in a technology-driven environment
• Demonstrated experience in an incubator or innovation lab setting with a focus on AI-driven product development
• Proven ability to manage ambiguous problems from early framing through experimentation and validation
• Strong cross-functional leadership experience with Product, Engineering, UX, and Data teams
