Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

To support a transition to a SaaS-led business model, the full-time Principal Product Manager will own the user lifecycle strategy, focusing on acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization for individual users while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define user cohorts, personas, lifecycle stages, and success metrics across the user journey
• Drive business outcomes by improving customer lifetime value, subscription renewals, and user activation
• Lead cross-functional experimentation, including managing A/B tests and rapid prototyping of improvements

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of product management or lifecycle experience in SaaS or subscription businesses, with 3+ years in leadership roles
• Proven success in building lifecycle frameworks and improving retention and monetization
• Strong analytical skills, including experience with SQL and product analytics tools
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders without direct authority
• Ability to balance B2C and B2B2C user needs and communicate complex strategies effectively
