Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the external roadmap and go-to-market strategy, the full-time remote Principal Outbound Product Manager for Data Cloud will drive competitive positioning and customer engagement for AI and data capabilities while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product adoption and success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the external roadmap and go-to-market strategy for Data Cloud's AI-data capabilities, ensuring alignment with product management
• Engage directly with customers and stakeholders to understand needs, present roadmaps, and shape data strategies as a trusted advisor
• Develop enablement content and support sales teams to effectively communicate the value of Data Cloud's offerings

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in outbound product management, product marketing, or technical product management within enterprise SaaS or cloud data platforms
• BA, BS, or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business, Data Science, or a related field
• Proven track record of developing go-to-market strategies and competitive positioning for technical platforms
• Experience with enterprise data platforms, generative AI, or agentic frameworks is preferred
• Outstanding narrative and executive communication skills to convey technical capabilities as business value
