Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for access, rostering, SSO, and shared workflows, using customer insights to define problems and measure outcomes
- Develop product requirements for district setup and self-service administration, converting manual processes into scalable improvements
- Maintain a focused roadmap for shared capabilities, prioritizing customer impact and cross-product reuse while documenting ownership boundaries
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience with complex products, particularly in platform or shared capabilities
- Proven ability to translate customer and operational evidence into successful product releases and measurable outcomes
- Strong technical judgment and capability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
- Experience influencing senior partners and creating cross-product leverage without formal authority
- Practical fluency with AI-assisted product workflows
