Job Summary
Owning a core product area from strategy through outcomes, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will lead hands-on product work, set the product roadmap, and drive measurable business outcomes while collaborating closely with engineering and design teams.
Key responsibilities
- Set the strategy and roadmap for the assigned product area, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Lead product discovery, specifications, and decision-making while maintaining quality standards
- Instrument and track product metrics post-launch, translating customer insights into actionable product decisions
Required qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in product management, with a focus on owning a product line end to end
- Proven track record of delivering complex products on time and driving measurable business outcomes
- Strong data fluency with experience in shipping AI or LLM-powered products
- Enterprise B2B SaaS experience and a strong sense for user experience
- Experience in HR tech, leave and absence, benefits, or compliance is a plus
