Job Summary
Driving the strategic vision for the Kitchen Display System (KDS), the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will own product strategy and delivery, focusing on enterprise workflows, data differentiation, and AI integration to enhance kitchen operations across restaurants.
Key responsibilities
- Own and drive the KDS product strategy, focusing on enterprise workflow depth and AI roadmap to support business outcomes
- Define and build the investment case for agentic AI features that enhance kitchen efficiency and workflow management
- Lead the KDS kitchen data strategy, developing insights and reporting tailored to operators of all scales
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in defining and owning product strategy for complex, operationally critical products, preferably in hardware and software
- Creative and strategic mindset with a track record of identifying and driving new product opportunities
- Strong understanding of AI applications in operational environments and their potential value
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers to translate complex workflow requirements into scalable product decisions
- Ability to navigate cross-functional environments and drive alignment without direct authority
