Principal Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the strategy and multi-year roadmap for the Sync, Integrations, and App Center portfolio, the full-time Principal Product Manager will lead cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and drive business results in a remote-first environment.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the strategy for the integrations ecosystem and create multi-year roadmaps across several product areas
- Lead discovery efforts with customers and partners to understand their needs and validate product solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution from product discovery through launch and iteration
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 10+ years, or a PhD with 8+ years, including substantial product management experience
- Proven track record of delivering multi-year roadmaps and achieving business results such as revenue growth and customer retention
- Strong expertise in integrations, APIs, and major ERPs like Oracle NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Experience in building or growing an app marketplace or partner integration ecosystem
- Proficient in data analysis and using metrics to inform product strategy and decisions
